In a politically active organisation, such as an advocacy NGO or a think tank, the KuneAgi Working Groups collectively produce Public Policy Proposals.

A Public Policy Proposal is a justified recommendation for action that the members of the political organisation equipped with KuneAgi want a public authority to engage, at all scales (from the municipality to the European Union). In other words, a Public Policy Proposal is the supported and justified answer given by the participants to the following question: "Facing this issue, act as if you were the public authority in charge. What would you do? Why?" In general, a Public Policy Proposal addresses an identified issue, or aims at reaching a well-defined, desirable future state.

The main advantage brought by KuneAgi to politically active organisations is an unprecedented level of internal democracy. Based upon 7 years of experience of the functioning (and of the dysfunctions) of political parties, the software prevents most of the known forms of power usurpation, concentration, confiscation and abuse, while still assuring the capacity to take efficient and legitimate decisions.

In addition, the software brings security and serenity to the internal debate, by providing guarantees against intrusion, nuisance and infiltration by malevolent third parties.

Finally, by generating high-quality, well-supported and robust public policies, both from a technical point of view and by taking into account the opinions and experience of all participants, it allows the political organisation using it to be recognised as a powerful source of credible alternatives. These credible alternative solutions are a powerful political mobilisation tool, because their are reachable, realistic and efficient targets on the way towards he organisation's aims of social, environmental and political transformation. In this respect, the KuneAgi software contributes to the process of having citizens taking democratically their collective future in their own hands.
